The room itself was nice, small but nice. Not worth the price of the room. Overall the hotel is very mid. Staff was 50/50 some were great and others were not. Check in was terrible. Didn't provide any info about the hotel or what is nearby. Need a huge lift in customer service. Was pretty disappointed. Would not stay here again.

Location, location, very exquisite hotel with excellent amenities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, secure, in a very historic part of downtown Indianapolis, easily walkable to many restaurants of varying quality and menus. I will definitely be recommending the Omni to anyone and my return visit next year to the same hotel. The staff is definitely a positive very friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to customer satisfaction. You won’t be disappointed by selecting the Omni.

Solo Stay

My stay in the Omni Severin was a 3/5. I went on this trip as a solo trip, to take a break from the recent stresses of life. The following day after I had checked in, I noticed a large mound of hair in the shower (see photo). After gagging a few times, I immediately called the front desk. The front desk attendant immediately moved me into another room, where the housekeeping was much more thorough. The bed was soft and luxurious, the staff were friendly and helpful. Other than the gross mound of hair, my stay was great.
