Spend more money and go somewhere else

The bathroom had hair on the floor and shower, the drawers were dirty, the phone didn’t work, the coffee maker was unusable, there was something stuck to my sheet, and the shower was cold - even with the knob turned all the way on hot. And they do not have an elevator. We paid for two nights but we left after the first night.

I was supposed to stay 2 nights I got there at 1am and they gave my room away for a no show. I didn't get a phone call or email asking if I was come. They was completely booked because there was a softball tournament in the area. The front lobby was dirty and need a good washing.

They advertise having a hot tub. But they do not have hot tubs and wouldn’t help me at all about it. There were also burn holes in the pillow case in my room.

All of the bedding was stained, the beds themselves leaned to one side and had huge holes where people have slept. Every surface was disgusting with random substances and dust. The lamp was broken and had some kind of substance inside the shade. The curtains had a giant burn. The toilet was gross on the outside like it wasn't wiped down in months. Each town was a different texture and had a ton of stains. We spoke to the front desk to try and get a different room or at least beds and they told us to come back at midnight.
