my only complaint that I would have about this hotel is their breakfast. Only thing that they served was some eggs that look like that someone didn’t know how to cook them waffles and yogurt, but the yogurt was activity yogurt as in they really didn’t want nobody to eat the yogurt. The orange juice was a very low quality type of orange juice. That’s my first time ever experiencing that at any hotel outside of that my overall stay was fine. The furniture in the room is a little outdated. They don’t have smart TVs at least the one room that I was in was not a smart TV. they do make you pay a deposit so I would check my room out after checking in because I had a couple of minor things that was wrong with the room and if you get a but head worker they would probably try to keep your deposit. The staff there was all friendly. The pool was open. If you’re staying longer than a day, you have to go to the front to let them know that you want room service. It’s supposed to be a smoke free environment, but it definitely was not a smoke free environment because I walked down the hall a couple times and could smell cigarettes. So outside of the breakfast and cigarette smell my stay was good and I had two younger children with me
Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was not clean at all and the entire place stunk like garbage and poop.

Decent hotel stay
This is an okay hotel. It had decently comfortable beds, was generally clean. It’s in a great area - so there were always things to do relatively close.
The pool was small and freezing, no elevators, and entirely too many smells - honestly smelled like a bottle of Ax spray had exploded everytime we walked in. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re sensitive to smells - it was so overpowering
We didn't even stay the night. The pool was tiny and absolutely freezing, the staff was rude, the beds were SO uncomfortable. We checked in around 7, tried to swim, but the pool was not heated and also VERY dirty. It was also very crowded because of the size. we ended up leaving before 9pm.
The location is excellent. It's generally in very good condition (small exception in my room). The staff was very nice and very responsive. And the price was hard to beat.

Our room (137) we were unable to close the bathroom door. I pushed hard and got it to move some put it was scratching the floor so stopped. Clearly no one has closed it recently. Reported to front desk staff. There had been some “rough” repairs/patches to the bathroom wall but needs to be finished in a professional and complete manner.
We left the next morning of a two day stay. Got there in the dark, just before midnight and went to room #120. Everything in the room looked like it was from a garage sale. There was surface rust on the metal side table lamps. The bedsheet had holes in it with makeup or marker stains. Had to go to the front desk to get a replacement, which ended up similar. The one-piece tub/shower stall had been painted over with some type of wall paint with paint chips in the tub. Because it was so late we slept in our clothes. Brushed our teeth and immediately checked out. So far there’s been no way to get any refund due to last minute booking thru Expedia instead of at this hotel. There was no Quality at this Inn. I would rate this 3 stars out of 10.
UPDATE: hotel did authorize the cost of second day and Expedia Cust Service is crediting the C/C within 3-5 business days.

It smelled amazing in the lobby and hallways. Unfortunately, hair wad in comforter. Breakfast after 8:30 am really said someone was already gone or ready to go home
Dirty. The tub constantly ran. The closet wall was taken off and just leaned up against another wall. I couldn’t tell if the sheets were just reused or clean super wrinkly sheets. The carpet was gross everywhere I went. I’m pretty sure I saw a couple prostitutes there. Seems like a cheap no tell motel. I’ll never stay again.
$100 deposit that you wont get back until 72hrs after you check out was not aware of b4 booking so i didnt have enough money for my trips meal and had to have my husband send me more money
We came for a convention, so we didn’t need anything fancy.. I will say there was water damage on the ceiling, the corner of the ceiling by the window was peeling, we had stains on our bed spreads, there was soap scum on the shower head, and the walls had mud repair on them but never painted over… our first morning we go up, went for breakfast and they had started shutting down already because they stop breakfast at 9 which seems kinda useless since most hotels keep their breakfast going till 10 to accommodate all guest…. The second morning, we got up at 8:30 to make it in time for breakfast.. the pool was open, but was cold, and the pool room smelled awful, even with the ventilation system on, it still smelled bad…
Overall, the customer service was alright, but the hotel itself needs work.. We would probably not come back.
