the facility was nice. staff was friendly. i didnt realize that there wasnt an elevator which was inconvenient for carrying luggage but a staff member noticed and helped us carry it up the stairs.
room was nice for the price and very large but considering the layout and size, there should be a much larger tv with a swivel mount.
the room we were in had a leak in the ceiling. i thought it was repaired but there was an active leak onto slick tile. i addressed with staff and they said they believe it to be condensation from the pool.
there were limited items in the vending machine but it is right around the block from a gas station
The only negative was the pool being closed and the $30 to check in early. I understand a charge, just didn't expect that much. The pool couldnt be helped though, so thats ok.
Location is super convenient since it’s close to restaurants and downtown. However, rooms are pretty outdated and our room key kept getting deactivated so we needed to keep going to the front desk.
I needed an early ride to the airport. I figured there would be a shuttle or at least they would have a list of cab companies at the desk. They had nothing. Looked at me like I had two heads when I asked about transportation options. So no help there. Being close to the airport I figured they would have lots of experience in this area. None.
Pool was advertised but was "closed for repairs", important for us because motel pool is focus of family visits. No elevator and staff refused to give me a first-floor room, even though I'm 78 with bad knees. Front-desk staff replied to problem with WiFi with "It's handled by a third party, not by us. Can't help." WiFi tech help was excellent, though, when he did come.
The inside pool was maybe 6o degrees and there was absolutely no hot water for showers in the morning. Im calling my credit card and requesting they get my money back

I was put in a handicap room without requesting it a d only got moved to a much bigger roim after I complained that the e trancd light didnt work. The new room had 2 beds and much bigger faciliriee
Honestly the property was well keep and quiet. My whole family including support dog was allowed in. The front desk lady that i met in person was beyond amazing. Now the lady i spoke to on the phone two week prior when my childs father from texas and my child was standing there confused and tired has made it to where i will never stay there nor use Expedia again due to how rude they were with me and my other half when intially purchasing the rooms i only checked in so they couldnt resale the room since they wouldnt refund or change the dates even though I had just made the purchase online and went to work to get a call that my kiddo on his birthday weekend and only week end with his father cant get in there room. It was only acouple of hours and an obvious mistake.
They changed me twice, when I contacted the manager she was unprofessional and rude. I would most definitely stay at the hotel next door that looked much nicer that were comparable online.
