They never refunded my deposit even after telling me on checkout they would. It has not been refunded to my card. The staff were ok but the building needs maintenance. I had to be moved to a different room because either the key card or the door itself would not work. The long term tenants are the ones who are not following leash regulations and not picking up after their dogs making the limitedly available grassy areas disgusting. Either the rules need to be enforced or the hotel needs to have someone going and cleaning that up because it’s a breeding ground for bacteria. Several other people there for the same dog event as me were appalled at how the long term tenants would just let their dogs rush out their rooms with no leash, crap, then go back. Meanwhile, we were careful with our dogs and cleaning up after them.

All rooms (including non smoking) smelled very strong of smoke. My clothes even smelled of smoke when I left. The towels were horrible. Could hardly get dry with them.

I had an issue with the clerk checking us in upon arrival, I did address the issue upon check out, and the manager was great about it. This is an older hotel, that has not been redone and does need a lot of maintenance. We felt safe, so that’s not an issue, but there is a long list of repairs needed

This place is a dump

Floor in the room were disgusting how to clean them myself. Also the hotel kept deposit because "the bed sheets were too dirty". Even though i know for a fact the looked the same when we got the room .

Door to the bathroom was loose, stairs going up to the second level had broken boards. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean. Lots of places to eat nearby and very easy to get to main attractions in the city. I would stay again.

Never again. Dirty. Smells bad. Cockroaches. Hair in the bed and shower. This whole building just needs to be gone and completely rebuilt. The only good thing about this place was a front desk clerk. The room was overpriced because of a Swift concert! They should have known better to do so..we should have known better to do more research before hand

We did not except luxury at this hotel but the cleanliness was poor. The only saving grace was the sheets appeared to be clean. We asked for additional towels and were told we needed to return the dirty ones first. After reminding them we have 4 people not 2 they did bring more. We actually didn’t even use them to shower because of the condition of the bathroom. Each night we returned there was a strong smell of marijuana in our room. I call the front desk because I wanted to make sure I was charged the $200 smoking fee. He came right down to the room and told us everything was fine and it was OK. While the facility itself was below average the staff was friendly.
