DO NOT RECOMMEND
Rooms have outside doors. Not a great neighborhood, pretty sure we saw a prostitute in the parking lot. Front desk staff was NOT friendly at all and they will only allow you 2 towels. You cannot get new towels unless you return your old ones and they would not provide any extra soap. Front of the AC unit fell off during the night when it kicked on. Very outdated room with a broken shower as well.

I didn't like is that they should let me take my room since I call them to let know that bus company didn't have any driver to take the bus so I could get my destination and since that didn't happen I felt that I should have got my money back on my card .

Charged me for Confirmed Cancelled room.
Scammed, charged for an addition room 2 days after check out... Early May, I reserved a room for late May, a few days later I canceled the reservation. I received a cancel confirm # & email from Hotels.com. 10 days later I made a new reservation. The day of check-in while traveling, and at check-in and at check-out, a "2nd room was mentioned, all 3 times I explained (and they already knew) that was a different reservation that was confirmed cancelled (with weeks to spare). 2 days afterwards, the hotel ran a different card that they had on file from Hotels.com for another room, that I did not use or have a reservation for. Hotels.com was no help. I had to go to my bank to get my $ back. Bank had to cancel my card & issued a new 1, it's been a major hassle. NOTE: in nearly a decade of using Hotels.com, I’ve Never left a negative review. (nothing good to say, I don’t say anything) but obviously I’ve needed to make an exception in this case.

The hotel was out dated. It smelled of cigarettes. There was hair in the bathroom. Our other room that we also booked had stains on the sheets.

There was a yellow stain on the mattress (under all the covers) and there was trash in the drawer from a previous stay. The staff was polite; he could not address our requests, but sacrificed the security deposit to accommodate our concerns.

Booked this last minute when my other hotel became unsafe. This place smelled bad and was unclean. It looked like there were bed bugs or had been bed bugs. I would not recommend a stay here. At least it was a safer neighborhood.
