I reserved a 2 bed room, but was given a room with 1 bed. The clerk acted like I was being fussy for asking for a room with 2 beds. Then at 4 am I was woke up to another patron attempting to open my door because my room was checked out to them as well. It was a terrible nights sleep and a terrible experience. Will not stay there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Checkin was fast. She was also very kind. First time few times we stayed were all right rooms. This last room we got was terrible. Sheets had a hole in it. Pillow felt like it was stuffed with cardboard. And bathroom shower was pretty gross. Brown water was dripping from the ceiling fan. Bathroom door had a hole in it

place was booked for family visit in area for two-night wish i had checked review online first, the odor in room was unbelievable we all had itchy eyes after one night i had to check out a day earlier the safety of us & got a different accommodation, Greenwod town health dept must inspect this place for health safety concern

Paid for a suite and got a normal room and went to the office twice and was told we gave your room to someone else and she was very rude about it!! When I went to the office for check out he said we can’t do anything about it and said that we didn’t have to come back!! We have spent the night there more than 20 times in the past 3 years….that’s thousands of dollars to be treated like trash…..it’s sad that’s how they treat people!!! I will be getting a hold of corporate!!!
