The room was dirty. There was pubic hair in the tub and on a towel. Microwave was dirty, the toilet had small remains of feces, the bedsheets seem clean but I did not want to look deeper into it other wise I would not sleep. I canceled the second night and management refunded the money. I would not stay there again and I don’t recommend it.

The property was being renovated so there was a lot of construction trash. Also, the parking area closest to our room was being used by someone to work on vehicles. An open oil pan full of oil was left sitting in a parking space. The room we were in was not bad, was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Reasonable Greenwood Stay

We needed a place to stay for several nights that wasn't too expensive but clean and comfortable. This place is undergoing renovation on the grounds, so the campus is a bit of a mess. Our room was adequate for our needs. The floor, however, looked clean but left the bottom of our feet black. I reported this and it seemed better the second day. The cleaning was good otherwise, with room done every day. The jetted tub was large. This stay met our needs. Originally I requested a room type that the service desk told me wasn't something they had on the property even though it showed on the website. We were offered a different room, but it was on the back side of the building and had no direct parking in front of it - it would have been difficult to take our suitcases to it. If they ever finish the remodel of this location, it will be better.

The stay at the Red Roof Inn was a pretty decent stay overall. The cleanliness of the rooms were very good, and it was pretty nice inside. Not that good breakfast. My kids saw ants crawling on the juice machine. Other complaints would be the key cards not working consistently. Alot of smoking around the area.
