The hotel was clean and breakfast was a plus. The pool was very small but my 3 year old didn’t mind. It was in a great central location for us to the zoo and the children’s museum as well as easy to get downtown for dinner.

The staff was wonderful and friendly and the entire facility was very clean. The breakfast was very nice, with a spacious eating area. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but that isn't their fault. The pool is pretty pitiful. About the size of a hot tub.

Not worth it

We were with a group of families. One room didn't have air conditioning. The pool was closed according to the evening staff and the morning staff had no idea if the pool was closed. Our room had chipped paint and the toilet barely flushed. Parking lot was littered with trash both bags and debris that had obviously been there a few days.

Won’t stay there again.

We had no working AC our room had stains on the lamp shades stains on the bed skirt, the carpet in our room was ripped. Had we not arrived so late due to a tournament with our kids we would have gone elsewhere. The pool was closed.

Good location

Good value, short walk to Guggman Haus and quick drive to downtown. Largest breakfast area I’ve ever seen!
