Charged me 100 deposit for any damages or smoking. Don’t smoke and didn’t even use shower. Said would credit when I checked out . Just noticed no credit yet so I have to figure who to call and if necessary dispute with credit card. This Wyndham super eight was atrocious. Thanks expedia, was nasty.
1st room was filthy. Toilet was not cleaned. Shower was dirty. The room smelled like weed.Pulled blanket back & yep dirty crusty stuff on the sheets. They moved us to a different room. That room smelled like Bug spray, blood stains on the sheets, mold in the bathroom & something ( looked like dried food) on the wall. Nope, turned in the keys, asked for a refund, but the lady said I have to get the refund back from Hotels.com

The smell of smoke was pretty strong followed by whatever was used to cover it up. The check in was quick and the staff was very professional
Profanities written all over the mirror in the bathroom and the picture above the bed. The room has a total of 2 outlets so half of the lamps weren’t able to turn on and whatever was plugged up behind the bed, the bottom prong of the plug was broken off in the wall. There was a cockroach on the floor when we walked in. Holes in the walls and what seemed to be blood on the baseboards in the bathroom. The sheets were dirty and the carpet had huge rips in it. We only payed $70 for our stay for one night. So I guess we got what we paid for but the definitely could have cleaned the room better.
The place was filthy. I had a roach run across my foot in upstairs room. I had holes in the wall, stained sheets, broken lamp shades, stained carpet, and too many broken things in the room to list. I have many pictures to share with the health department.
Place inside smelled horrible. Whatever they are using to mop the floors has a not very friendly smell. People smoking pot all around the property stinks up the outside.
The facility evidently uses weed as the air freshener because that is all you smell no matter where you go. The room did not look clean. Yes, we asked for a pet friendly room due to having 2 small dogs with us, but a yellow chair that is torn and so stained it is brown, stained sheets, stained bed cover and no pillows seems a little excessive for a pet friendly room. I didn’t even want my dogs on the floor. The bathroom floor had what looked like tar all over it and on the outside of the bowl. Plus the toilet flapper didn’t work unless you pushed it down.

When i booked the room online there was no security deposit, when i got here the deposit was $125. My room had trash on the floor. The halls were dirty with a stench. The shower curtain was filthy. My room didn't have a tv remote then the front desk brought one that didn't work and said i had to program it, i asked him how to do it and he said he didn't know how. There were birds in the hallway that came in through the hall window. I was woken up by the staff working with what sounded like a drill or saw.
