The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are average at best. We had to ask for hand soap, and they just didn’t restock hand towels. The bed is hard as a rock. One of the nights, they played music the entire night, which isn’t usually a huge issue except that our window wouldn’t fully close either.

I was there for the Taylor Swift concert. So the location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel lobby was so festive with Taylor Swift decorations and merchandise. Cocktails were free upon arrival. So overall, our stay was excellent.

The location was amazing and we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel also had lots of fun activities for the event we were attending. The shower floor was dirty/black. Overall it was a great place to stay and would stay again but would prefer a bit cleaner bathroom.

Had such a horrible experience checking in. We weren’t able to check in til almost 5 because the room was ready even though we were being charged for 4pm they didn’t seem to care and didn’t let us know. It was only after I asked to speak to the manager was he communicative. Just ridiculous to not have a room “ready” when you get there from flying in and want to rest but had to wait an hour for it.
