Sleepless nights and missed the mark
Nice hotel but disappointed with quality of what we thought would be higher for a Westin. Beds were stiff and everytime someone in adjoining rooms used toilet, our drains in bathroom would make gurgling noises, which throughout the night got old. Front desk also failed to honor having our room request which was made week prior to arrival, not near elevator due to our small dog who’s easily spooked and had to move to another room. TV channels were very limited and only one Showtime channel option. For a price point of over $300 night, expected better quality from a Westin when compared to other hotel chains:(

We had great service, especially with our after-midnight check-in. The only issue was housekeeping knocking on our door at 8 am, waking us up, on the day we were checking out anyway. No clue why they wanted in.

Great stay!
The room was nice and clean. I would recommend using the valet service! We did. Well worth it!! Close to Lucas Oil Stadium. Lots of places close by to visit & eat.
