Steeler vs Colts
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Wood floors, clean just a little tight. Two queen beds great. Mattress was good. Shower was clean and new, water flow not bad.

TRU by Hilton was great. Treyvon at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The Hilton idea of guests being able to fill their own beer or wine (at a reasonable cost) is so great. No one traveling with a family or alone wants a hotel bar situation. I applaud Hilton for taking the lead on this, especially as a woman who sometimes travels for work. It's nice to know I can take a glass of wine to my room to watch TV. This Indy hotel is in a great location and the staff is awesome.

My room was not cleaned for 2 nights. There is not closet in the room and the clothes just hang over the fridge -- not ideal. No coffee maker, and not much water pressure in the shower. Other than that, spacious room and very clean, and nice view.

Quick trip to celebrate BFs bday. I am a big Hilton stayer but have never stayed at TRU. Smaller than the normal Hiltons but all & all everything was fabulous. Especially the pancake maker.

This is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is new, so beautiful and clean. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Walkable to many bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

The staff was great and worked very hard to help all. While cable and WiFi were out during Helene, they made sure everyone knew where they could get best service. It’s the perfect place to stay for a Colts game. It’s across the street from the stadium.

You are only minutes away from everything. The zoo, sports and great restaurants. Also breakfast was amazing, loved the pancakes.

The staff were very hospitable. Easy check in. Lucas Oil Stadium can be seen from the hotel and less than a block away. It’s a 10-15 minute walk from downtown restaurants. We enjoyed using the assisted pedaling bikes that you can rent for $2 per use at a bike docking station strategically located throughout the city. They also have a lot of E-Scooters available. There is no need to Uber or drive if you’re staying in the area. There’s so much rich history and historical sights to see and the city is well designed to be able to do your own self guided walking tour. The city is clean, beautiful, and we felt safe. We watched the WNBA Indiana Fever game that was spectacular to watch. We enjoyed Monument Circle which we found more beautiful at night. We spent 3 short days in Indiana but we felt like we had spent a week. We would stay at this hotel again. The people were friendly and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was stocked and there was no need to go out for breakfast. The rooms were clean, renovated, the AC functioned perfectly, it was not too spacious but it was still great for the occasion. There were no closets or space to hang up long items, but it didn’t take away from our experience. Very quiet and we were well rested. Our very minor complaint was they ran out of Coke and Sweet Tea.

Impressive!
This was our 1st time to stay in downtown Indy and this hotel was amazing. They offer a parking garage so we didn’t have to worry about parking on the street or no parking available to find. They breakfast was delish! The rooms were clean and we had an amazing view from the 6th floor. The elevators are secure access so that was reassuring. I would definitely recommend!!

The staff was friendly, the hotel & room was nice and clean. What we didn't like was the parking - had to pay $30 per night to park in the lot. Otherwise it was a great hotel choice. We were able to walk 1/2 mile to the Fever game and had access to several restaurants in that area.
