The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. The WiFi connectivity is poor. Every day, sometimes more than once, you have to reconnect and it’s not immediate. Housekeeping only left new towels in the bathroom, only emptied the trash once the whole 6 day stay, didn’t even make the beds. Discovered a dirty area on the bathroom door on our last day. Gross.

The staff were helpful and friendly was the only decent thing about my stay. My room smelled awful. The rug was stained and had not been vacuumed. The shower had leftover body wash on the wall. There was tape residue on the dresser and hair was stuck to it. There was hair stuck to the bottom of the outside of the bathtub and a random noise would come and go. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was not a good experience at this hotel. I am not sure how they rate 8/10.

Wonder hotel with excellent staff

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this hotel is care for. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was open and useable (we have several places we've stay have pool down for various reasons), breakfast was great and we love that the hotel is located away from the main hubbub. We plan to stay here often as we can.

This is an older hotel. The area outside the hotel is not kept up- overgrown and weedy. Lobby is okay: staff business- like but not necessarily friendly. Lobby and breakfast area. Room smelled musty and strange. Very strange room-showing the age of the hotel. Would say average cleanliness. Would cross this one off the list for next trip to Indy.

Réservation annulée pour sur booking !!!

Nous avons appris au moment du Check-in que l’hôtel était en surbooking et que notre réservation avait été annulée. Ils nous ont reloger au Clarion Pointe (même propriétaire) mais qui était d’un niveau inférieur, pour le même prix. Aucune excuse, aucun mail de d’information, aucun geste commercial. Très déçu de cet hôtel.

Not what was promised.

The reservation promised queen beds. The room has double beds. Misleading. We really needed queen sized beds. One person felt the bed was too firm. However staff was friendly, caring. Breakfast was good.
