The night manager seemed to not be knowledgeable about how things worked in the hotel, he gave us false information which we had to go outside the hotel looking for food in an area we knew nothing when we would've loved to eat in the restaurant at the hotel

We were assigned a room that didn't have hot water and the tv wasnt working. Tried calling the front desk but no phone in room so we had to go down to the front desk. We were told nothing can be done. Try turning the tv on and off a few times.

The rooms were sub-par. The water in the shower was cold. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in certain areas. The carpet in the hallway of the 2nd floor was soaked with water/squishy when walking through. We were there for 4 days. There was no room service for the ENTIRE stay. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. When we asked about room service, the lady at the front desk said that we didn't get room service during our stay because housekeeping was very busy. I definitely will not stay there again. I do NOT recommend.

The property was mostly good. It was clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was that my TV was not working and when I tried to call the front desk I discovered the phone did not work. I called on my cell and reported both. The TV was fixed (though just a workaround, not actual fix) but the phone was never fixed.

They seem to be very short staffed. Also, the sheets on the king-size bed were way too small. There was a flat sheet that barely came to the edge so all you saw was the torn mattress pad. The facility itself was very nice. We walked into Flights restaurant for lunch and waited five minutes with no one in sight. No wait staff, no bartender, no one.

any items unacceptable in the room...wall mirror frame had many chips in the wood,,,,toilet seat underside "feet" broken or missing....cloths dresser drawers would not stay closed, they would slide open the whole time we used the room (two days)....pool was concrete and it was bad falling apart, pebbles down in water and cracking up bad...
