Rooms were ok but very hard to access anything local, and the smell of the room wasn't great, and having to move rooms while sick was a bit of a difficulty that seemed unnecessary. Decent, cozy little spot overall.

I killed 2 roaches, the room was dirty, floors dirty, no wash towels, drug dealers and drug addicts on the property, people banging on the walls This was a horrible experience

The curtain, & furnitures were dusty. Basic amenities such as phone, breakfast were not offered. Defective TV, no electrical connections & unsafe aircon power button that is peeling off were noted. Although the male staff was quite helful & made some effort to address my concerns, Overall, renovation or upgrade on its facilities might improve overal guests’ expereince.

The place was good for the price for sure but the cleaning should have been better and the office staff was nice at check in and then they BOTH became very rude. I’ve booked there several times for work purposes and the place itself if fine, the mattresses are fantastic! The house keepers are nice and helpful but they no pride anymore due to their work conditions and management!!!! Do SOMETHING with your new management. They are terrible!
