The property is good,remodeled. But we staying for 7 days,and the bathroom has only two towels,small soap,no shampoo(which don't mind because i bring mine). No hair dryer,no iron. The bed was good,not bad,the little kitchen,big fridge,which ia good. The main entrance on the 6 days we are staying,they don't clean outside never,you should clean the entrance every day in the morning beacuse ia the first impressions you get qhen you walk to the Hotel. They don't clean the rooms every day,they clean once a week,whick ia mean you have to ask for extra towels and everything in the fron t desk every day, one day i ask the cleaning lady to share a broom with me,because i have to clean my room...THIS WAS PISS ME OFF. Around the hotel its a lot of things,food,dollar tree,walmart,etc,very convenient

Our room had a strong smell of cleaner, but to me also smelled like cat pee. There was no iron or hair dryer. The hot water wasnt very hot ans had to turn the shower knob as far as it could go to have a hot enough shower. The room didnt have enough towels for the number of people staying, but more were provided when asked. The room also did not gave blackout curtains, just regular blinds. The worst part was on the day of checkout, house keeping started knocking at our door at 9am and again at 9:40am, when checkout was at 11am. Privacy door signs were not provided, which could have eliminated the early morning knocking.

Pros: Overall the place looks good because it’s still new. Check-in process was fast & friendly. Staff were great. The place has a small gym with weight machine, and a couple treadmills, an elliptical. The room I stayed in was great, it had two queen size beds, a full size refrigerator, and microwave. It had a two burner stove. Lots of room for storage. You are within walking distance to restraunts and stores, no need to drive anywhere unless you want. It’s Pet friendly, so if you travel and have a service dog like myself. Cons: No breakfast, just a couple of snack and drinks vending machines. You must bring or buy your own utensils and cook ware. There’s a Ross and Walmart within walking distance if you need that stuff. The place looks brand new, but don’t be deceived by looks, it was quit dirty. I had to clean a little with Clorox spray I always bring just in case. It can get rowdy at night, people like to yell, scream, stomp when they walk if you have a room below. Trash and beer bottles outside. Seems to be a lot of traffic (you know what I mean) I’m not talking cars, especially at night. The hotel is in a parking lot out front of Tractor Supply and a large Self storage building. Like I said you don’t need to drive anywhere, everything is within walking distance.

Feeling of being unsafe due to loud domestic disturbance across the hall one morning, followed by an hour of loud base thumping music from partying, beer drinking group in the parking lot in the evening. Hotel’s external side door was open to the public b/c not latching properly…and that felt scary. Management responded to concerns and said they were being addressed asap. Staff was nice. I just never felt comfortable.

This was straight forward, no-frills accomendation. It was clean and comfortable. Good location as it is right off the I-10 corridor and in a shopping area with plenty of restaurants and stores. Additonally, close to all the Cochella Valley attractions.

Stayed here for 2 weeks to be close to my wife who is in the hospital near by. The day we checked in we didn’t even look at the room since we only used it to go get some sleep after visiting the hospital. We arrived back up again at 11:30pm. Once entering the room there was a roach in the sink area. Walked half way through the room and the floor was sticky as if something sweet had spilled and just smeared around. Went to the desk to let them know about the room. They gave us a different floor. Went to that room and it was even worse than the first one. Hair all over the floor, bar bands and trash throughout. I went down to get a broom from the front desk to clean it myself. An hour later after unpacking and cleaning the floor we went to shower. The bathtub was disgusting and the shower curtain was moldy. Cleaned that up and went down to get a clean curtain to replace it. The guy at the front desk asked how I knew it was mold. How do YOU not being in that business. He then asked if we still wanted the room or not. As if I had a choice at that point past midnight. I only asked if they could send housekeeping to clean up the room. Next evening when we came back from the hospital. No cleaning was done. All they did was put new towels. Never again. This place is filthy inside and out with no sense of urgency to keep the place feeling comfortable to stay at.
