We loved staying at Castle Rock Country Inn. It is located in a beautiful location and close to the Cape Breton National Park. The staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We consider booking it again in the future.

Beautiful Views!

Lovely views and breakfast with an ocean view. Perfect starting point for the Cabot Trail! Staff was friendly. Place was clean and well maintained, bed was a little squeaky though.

It has great view, and the inside decoration is beautiful. I like the style. The breakfast was perfect with many choices. However, the room is small and a little hot, you can try to turn on the small air conditioner. The price was a little bit high.

The view from our bedroom window was amazing, the staff was polite and friendly and the property easy to find a place to quietly enjoy a coffee or bring your own drink. One km to our restaurant dinner. Included breakfast was top notch. Absolutely loved this resort.

Lovely location in Ingonish Ferry, can get warm if you don't like noisy AC like us. Overall pleasant stay, and the woman at the front desk was beneficial, and all staff were very kind. Would stay again.

Pros: Amazing view and space outside to sit and enjoy it. A/C worked great. Location was close to the golf course we played at and the Skyline trail on the Cabot trail. The breakfast was pretty good. Cons: With a decor redo this place would be awesome, with fixing up what they have, it would be pretty good. As it is, it would be hard to recommend to friends.

We chose this property because it was on the Cabot trail. We wanted something comfortable and with a good view. The Inn had a homey feel and you felt safe. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room was homey. We chose it because it was able to sleep 3 people, which it did but it was tight. The breakfast that was provided was excellent with hot and cold choices. The views from the property are gorgeous.
