Something went wrong with the water on the morning of our checkout, it was yellowed. The place has no ice vending machines. For almost 300 a night, 2 double beds are small. Should be at least 2 queen beds. They had a guide of local businesses and amenities nearby in the room, so that was useful to get breakfast. It's okay for a night's stay. But definitely look for other options.

Welcoming and accommodating staff addressed personal needs. Beautiful setting on the water and comfortable lawn furniture to enjoy the view. Well equipped kitchen in unit. Although the property is a bit older, it had everything we needed and we were comfortable. Easy check out. The property is well situated for exploring Cabot Trail. Great restaurant recommendation from staff - open in shoulder season!

Our 2 bedroom ocean front cabin was definitely dated and could use some renos. The bathroom was nice though! Couch, chair, kitchen, bedspread, veranda… all could use work. But the view is lovely!

Lovely location. Mold in shower area. Old bath mat, the floor leans, nail sticking out of wall, no weather stripping on exterior room door so daylight and air let in. Furniture is old and chipped. They need to step up their game for the price! I do not recommend it. Won’t stay again.

The unit was spotless, but there was a very strong odor in the cottage that was uncomfortable. Didn’t know if it was musty or strong cleaning products. But it was very strong and very uncomfortable.

The rooms in the motel portion are bad. The building is shifting, the door can barely close, its cramped and has lingering odors. If there were other accomodations i would have moved on. Doest deserve a star.

Not a great stay. Cramped room, pillow linen looked like it had not been changed (creased and had hairs on it) door fittings rusty and difficult to open, very basic facilities. But tariff was much higher than the quality. Limited options in Ingonish

We had a 2 double bed room. Very outdated but clean. Only negatives were very hard mattresses and a sweage smell from kitchen sink. Met our needs for one night.
