Great Austria modern hotel

Great hotel and views from our room. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to historic area, shopping and restaurants.

The mountain views from the property were absolutely breathtaking! The location of the property was also strategic, walking distance from the town centre and nearby supermarket and public transport. Worth every euro spent!

The Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is perfectly located — right across from the Hungerburgbahn cable car that takes you straight up the mountain for stunning views, and just a 10-minute walk to Innsbruck’s Old Town. A grocery store sits right next door for convenience, making it an ideal base for exploring both the city and the Alps.

Staff were not very friendly. But the room was lovely. Late cleaning room so we had to skip cleaning because we were back at room. Hotel very nice, right across from funicular up to Top of Innsbruck. Scenery spectacular!!

It was a very nice and clean hotel, we had a spacious room with a nice view of the mountains and it was dog friendly. Located in a convenient but quiet location just slightly out of the main part of town but still accessible by public transit.

Overall the property was good. I had to ask for the VIP benefit as neither the room upgrade or free drinks were offered. Free drinks were limited to wine, beer or pop which was somewhat disappointing. The room was clean-ish although there was still quite a bit of debris on the floor when we first checked in that was missed when sweeping.

Easy to find. Parking extra €20 for underground car park. Hotel smells fabulous and is very clean. There’s a tablet in the room with info in different languages, which showed a wonderful dinner menu, with some great sounding regional food. However when we got sat down the menu only offered vegan balls, fish or a cheeseburger. I asked if this really was all that was on there (thought we had only been given half a menu) and was told yes. So we gave up and went to the Asda next door for some salads. Beds are comfortable, shower is great. Nice Mountain View.

Not bad, just missing a few details. Dining room closed on Sunday not very customer friendly hours when it was open. Menu selection limited. No ice containers for rooms. 20 euro per night for parking is insane.
