This was a great place because of its close proximity to the train station. It was also easily walkable to all the attractions I wanted to visit. However, I found that the breakfast was very overpriced for a small selection of items. The view from the restaurant was amazing.

The perfect place for a short stay in Innsbruck

Accommodation feels brand new, spotlessly clean, well appointed. Room has a magnificent view as promised. Comfortable bed, immediate access to trains and close to the historic center. Breakfast was excellent, served in comfort “in the sky”.

Innsbruck week stay

Excellent location for our needs and had everything we wanted in a week stay. Breakfast offer was good and bar area in the evening excellent with attentive and pleasant staff. Room was compact with a very comfy and spacious bed - loved the 2 duvet concept! Window opening was also a positive and clean bathroom with modern fittings and great shower. Bedside lighting was good and well positioned and perfect for reading at night. Although the hotel was near a busy station there was no noise at all from the trains. The staff in reception were very pleasant welcoming, Amro in particular. Would recommend the hotel for its location, views and overall excellent standard of accommodation and experience.

Great location next to all transit hubs and the city centre. Customer service was not the best. Tried to call the hotel several times before arriving and was just placed on hold. Check in staff was curt and dismissive. Room was clean but only had a half roll of toilet paper and no replacement. There was no phone to call the front desk Priced as a four star but operates as a budget motel

A wonderful hotel with a great view over the mountains and train tracks - the room was a little on the small side, but the stay was extremely comfortable and staff were welcoming. The breakfast provided was also of a good variety and I would recommend this hotel to all who may want to have a convenient option for lodging near the Innsbruck train station.

Smart modern hotel, good bed, let down by size of rooms, no tea making facilities, no fridge, ridiculously small wardrobe space. Ideal for 1 night stopover but any longer forget it. Two people, suitcases & bags 3 nights, never again!

Wasn’t impressed but a good location for a quick stop over from train station. Room was very small and overlooked train tracks, no view. For a longer stay, I would recommend Adlers Hotel at the end of the street instead — beautiful view and pleasant staff for around the same price.

Location To train station could not be better. Our room was very clean and comfortable albeit a bit on the small size. No kettle in room but one was provided when I asked along with a couple of coffee mugs, but no coffee. Given our arrival and departure times the location was most important. If we were staying longer in Innsbruck I would have booked a hotel in the old town.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good — the staff was kind and the place was clean. However, the temperature in the room was very uncomfortable. It was extremely hot, and there were no windows to ventilate. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was locked and couldn’t be adjusted, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. This is something that definitely needs improvement.

The rooms were great and most of the staff were super friendly, except for one of the female staff members. It started off ok, but when she handed me my key, she didn't say anything. She didn't repeat the room number or show me where the elevators were. Iended up having to drag it out of her in order to get to my room. I've stayed at a lot of hotel rooms, and this small act didn't make me feel welcome.
