We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff friendly and Dani at the front desk was fantastic super helpful and kind! The room was great. The atmosphere was good. would definitely recommend and the rooms were very clean.

Amazing hotel to stay in. Very cutesy decor. Extremely friendly staff. Rooms were very well equipped with tons of storage space. Staff here go out of their way to take care of you. Loved the location closer to old town and train station.

We stayed in Garden View #5. It was amazing. The prettiest and coziest set-up ever. The flowers, the plants and the fountain are so beautiful. The private patio was adorable. The room had everything you could possibly need. Very nice place and we will definitely stay there again.

This was a nice property but our room smelled like cat urine. The hotel tried to say it was cleaning products and brought a perfume spray to try and mask it. Fortunately we only had to spend one night. The mattress we slept on was uncomfortable and would have been intolerable for more than one night. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a central, but quiet location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, giving good advice on restaurants. The room was spacious and well equipped and had lovely crisp bed linen and soft, fluffy towels. The breakfast was amazing, don't miss it.

great location, staff and small touches!

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around and is walkable to everywhere! On arrival the welcome drinks were great addition along with the guest cards that provide free transport and chocolate on departure!! Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a double room, 405. The bed is quite high and against the wall which is quite annoying with moving around. The mattress was a little firm however the two separate duvets was a good touch. The main issue with this hotel is that the room was boiling. It was around -1 outside but as there is no air con the room was so humid and hot we had to sleep with the window wide open which I didn’t feel particularly comfortable with. We also lost electricity a couple of times of two of the nights we were there, causing the electric to come on and off during the night waking us which is quite annoying. However on telling staff at 7am when there was soon to be reflection staff the issue was fixed promptly.
