Our group of approximately 20 people booked this trip back in February, so we expected everything to be well organized. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most disappointing resort experiences we’ve ever had. The resort was clearly overbooked. Check-in was supposed to begin at 3:00 p.m., but there was absolutely no organization. Many people in our group didn’t receive their room keys until 6:00–7:00 p.m. Because of the long wait, several of us missed the opportunity to eat after traveling all day and were left hungry until we finally got into our rooms. We were never offered an apology, compensation, or any acknowledgment for the hours we lost. To make matters worse, our group was split between two different hotels because of the overbooking, even though this trip had been reserved months in advance. There were also repeated issues with triple-occupancy rooms. Instead of providing accommodations for three guests as booked, some rooms simply had one king-size bed, forcing people to return to the front desk to resolve the issue. The property itself was also disappointing. There were unpleasant sewer-like odors in several areas throughout the resort, which made walking around uncomfortable. Whenever we asked staff about the evening entertainment, they would only direct us to the casino, even though we could clearly hear music and even see fireworks elsewhere on the property. No one seemed interested in informing guests about activities or helping us enjoy our stay.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

Mi experiencia no fue tan buena esperaba algo mejor el primer día no había comida y el segundo día tuve que hacer una fila extremadamente grande para comer todo queda lejos hay la espera algo mejor, no me gustó

La comida estaba muy mal el servicio el bar tambn y baño de la habitación tenia mojo no lo limping bn

I loved everything about the property. The only thing I would say.. is the food could be a little bit better. They do have a decent amount of options, could have a little more, especially meats wise and seasoning wise, a lot of things were a little bland. And the à la carte restaurants were not that great unfortunately. However the steakhouse was very very good! I just wish they had a little nightclub however they made up for it with their super fun beach party! And the rooms were very nice however some rooms do have a little bit of a moldy smell and my moms shower was leaking, the alcohol was all cheap stuff so the drinks weren’t that great but still an amazing experience. Staff was very nice, some bartenders had a little bit of an attitude but others made up for it
