My wife chose the Hotel for its proximity to the train station, local restaurants and sights. We loved the breakfasts as they would fuel our many excursions. We were also surprised that we were upgraded to a room with a view of Jungfrau! Hotel was clean and customer care was fantastic. We emade it to the Matterhorn as icing on the cake. We highy recommend this hotel!

Wonderful hotel that sits close to the train station, easy to wheel your luggage here. Walkable to tons of shopping and food, very friendly staff and super clean throughout. Loved our stay here and would come again.

Nice and Comfy stay

Good breakfast and clean rooms. Very close to the interlaken west station and makes it convenient to travel anywhere. Good view of Jungfrau from the balcony. Coop is just a short distance away.

Good hotel in convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. However, I did not like that they do not have a 24 hour front desk and, for that reason, I wouldn’t stay there again. Also did not like that they have signs in all breakfast tables saying you can’t take food, I am used to take a piece of fruit from breakfast to eat later and I felt like they “controlled” the food, had never seen it before. For these reasons I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Perfect location. Across the street from Interlaken West. Super clean rooms and very nicely appointed. Yummy breakfast too. Check in was easy and the lady at the from desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
