What was on your website was NOT the room allocated to us. This room was a disgrace,wrinkled carpet, holes in the wall and hot water tap not functioning well. We did receive a replacement room after complaining. This was modenised but exterior paint in very bad state. Overall would NOT return.

I swapped rooms from what I booked to help the motel out. Have not received a refund for the price difference of the room. Room was old, cold and run down, ceiling was falling apart. Photos on website do not match this room.

We had a large spacious unit with full kitchen. Very clean. Looks to be recently renovated. Beds very comfortable. Double glazed windows so it was very quiet inside. Large new TV was great for a cold rainy night. Just out of the main centre and not far from Queens Park. One thing I’d like the owners to know is that the dining furniture being tall, and the chairs and couch being saggy are a bit difficult for people with back hip or knee issues. If you don’t have those issues, hence my 3 stars for comfort.
