Hotel is well located near the centre of Dunedin. Room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Parking was not on-site, but in Wilson’s Parking around the corner

Check in was interesting. We were asked if we'd stayed there before, (good) and we replied no we haven't. It's our first visit. She handed over the key and said we're on the 4th floor. It would have helped if we were then told where the elevator was (not visible from check in desk).

Older style hotel and rooms - well maintained, clean and reasonably priced. Very well situated in the Invercargill CBD with parking at a nearby property. Would stay again.

Great location to the mainstreet. Within walking distance to all local amenities. Hotel staff had great vustomer services, everything well explained. The room was spacious and beds comfy, Seperate toilet was a little outdated looking but didnt affect function. I liked that this hotel had a water filter on our floor and a laundry room available which was such a bonus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone stay here. It also had a restaurant and sports bar for those like me who stayed in. Thanks!
