Overall a great stay with no complaints. Very clean and convenient location. All working there were friendly and helpful. As the hotel is in the centre of town you may occasionally hear noisy vehicles at night (easily addressed through ear plugs or white noise). The car parking available on site is secure but limited so you're not guaranteed a spot if you pay the extra to park there (but there is a valet service for any over flow)

It was disappointing at $300+ per night to have a small milk and ONE ONLY plunger coffee sachet. Not even one each. The soap and hair product dispensers are barely usable by a 70 yo with sore shoulders! Just saying!!

Nice, clean, new hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom, though didn't love the open glass on bathroom to bedroom. The breakfast was not very good either day... we tried 4 different things and while pretty, nothing as tasty as most cafes where you'd spend a bit less too, so that was disappointing. Car park is handy and not crazy expensive. Loved the tea set in the rooms. I'd stay again and just eat elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay. I must say that the room service menu was a bit flash for a family, myself and my 11 year old son just wanted a toasted sandwich or fries but this wasn’t available. Also the chromecast dropped out every 20 mins so this made it impossible to use it.
