Was only here for a night, no complaints. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The only thing to mention was on check-out, there were 2 others in front of me and the lady at the desk was on the phone which isnt a problem, however, we stood for nearly 5 minutes and she neber once looked up and acknowledged us in any way. The person in at the front of the queue eventually noticed a key drop off which was fine but the staff member could have at least looked up and signalled she would be with us soon.

The only issue was the noise from the street, which i know it beyound the contol of the hotel. It may have been quieter on the opsite side.
