Good location in downtown Inverness. The bed and pillow were a little harder than preferred, but nothing terrible. It was quite loud, but that was to be expected due to the location. Wish there were a fan available since the window could not open unless we wanted to hear the constant noise of the town.

Friendly efficient service. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. No reliable place to park except car park 1/4 mile away. Parking was 15.00 for just over 12 hours. Some water damage in bathroom that needs repair but bathroom was clean. Harder mattresses than I would like.Good value for the price and location near shopping, dinning and train station.

As you enter the Hotel it is a dark dismal reception, on closer inspection the whole setup needs a deep clean and refurbishment. Staff appear disinterested. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but against could do with a paint job. Breakfast was good quality and replenished as needed.

This breakfast was probably the best deal that we got during our trip to Great Britain. If you pre-pay 10 pounds you get all the food you want, including fresh fruit, two different styles of eggs and an assortment of breads. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Breakfast was fine, room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was a smell that I couldn’t identify in the room. It may had been fumes coming up the elevator shaft from the kitchen or trash receptacle. It smelled like onions and sauerkraut or garbage or a mildew not sure but it was all I could think about and it made me nauseous.

The check-in staff had limited knowledge on where they parked the car off site, about 5 minutes away and where to park the car while I was unloading. Thankfully a nice policeman just gave me a warning for parking in the wrong place that looked like the right place! As the hotel faces a somewhat noisy Street. I asked for interior room but was given a outside room. I was too tired to switch rooms so I put in my ear plugs and put my pillow over our heads and slept fairly well. On the positive side, they had an excellent breakfast!

Nice hotel and a great location. Close to lots of sights and right by the train station. There was still some garbage in the room when we checked in, nothing major but worth mentioning. Breakfast was okay, but not worth the price paid. Only minor gripes would stay here again.

Only 3 blocks from the train station which was very convenient. Only 2 blocks from MacGregor's Pub which is an absolute - must see. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Hotel was fine. Room basic but clean. Nice large shower. Quiet area despite being in centre. Staff OK, some reply to "good morning" or "good evening", some don't. Breakfast was awful, basic and poor quality. Bar was cool area, but they sneak on a service charge which is ill deserved. Overall decent enough for what you pay but nothing more.
