They cancelled my booking saying they had no rooms available. Now Hotels.com will not refund me my money. Be prepared to be without a room 25 minutes away from checking in and not getting your money back.

The hotel is in the heart of the old city with pubs, restaurants, gift shops, coffee shops all very close by. The Ness River and river path are very close by as well. Hotel was clean and modern inside.
