My stay at Santorini View Hotel was absolutely amazing! The views were breathtaking and truly unforgettable—you wake up to some of the most spectacular scenery Santorini has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed, making me feel right at home. The pool area was beautiful, with unbelievable views that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini!

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Grand Ambassador in Akrotiri, Santorini. This hotel advertises itself as a 5-star property, but my experience did not reflect that standard. The room had an ants problem. I reported it to the staff and the manager, but nothing was done to resolve the issue during my stay. It's unacceptable to ignore a basic cleanliness concern like this. Though they cleaned everyday but it never took care of the ants. They needed to hire a company and spray the property. The hotel also advertises king-size beds, but the bed in my room was actually a queen, which was misleading. The manager argued it was a king and send someone else to measure. Come to find out the bed IS a queen size. He stated that he order king size and thats what he received. I paid for a king size bed not a queen. He didnt bother of trying to find another room or make it right. In addition, several fixtures in the room were outdated or in poor condition, making the room feel poorly maintained. The property was amazing with a beautiful panoramic view. The floor staff was super friendly. For a hotel that is advertising to be 5 stars, I expected much better service, maintenance, and honesty . Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a great selection and open a long time. We dined one night at Bony Fish, the on-site restaurant, for dinner. The food was amazing and we enjoyed beautiful sunset. Perfect location and amazing views of the Caldera!!

The hotel was really beautiful, breakfast was great very good selection, stuff are really friendly and helpful rooms are very clean, also great location only 3 min walk to the beach and loads of restaurants and shops options and close to bus stations travel to Fira. We had the best time as a family of three.

The property is beautiful - lots of space and green areas, which are hard to find in Santorini. Our villa was very comfortable. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. Sandesh and the Nepali team went out of their way to accommodate and serve us. I travel with a service dog. Cooper was warmly welcomed. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. Thank you for a lovely stay.
