The hotel was clean and the staff were super nice. The room was on what seemed to be a 3rd floor which we had to go up these tiny little stairs with luggage. That was hard. Then the bathroom had no flannels/ face cloths to wash with. We had to leave the hot water running in the bathroom for about 20 minutes before it was hot enough to wash with. Then we booked 2 nights but only needed 1 as our plans changed and even though they had not charged me yet and I cancelled a week before I got their they would not credit me for the 2nd night. I also paid for a full English breakfast and when we got to the hotel we were told that they don’t do that until 10am and only continental was available early morning and again would not refund me the extra fee for breakfast. Then we asked about getting dinner and was told as it was a holiday weekend they closed the restaurant leaving us no option but to go out to find food. NONE of this was disclosed up front when ordering which is why I should have received a credit back.
