We were so impressed with the standard of service we received - thanks to all the staff! We requested an early check in so that we could get changed in time for going to a wedding nearby, and nothing was a problem. The welcome we received each time we returned to the hotel was warm and genuine. The breakfast was delicious too. Again, it was no problem at all when we requested some vegan items. Nothing and no one could have been better!
King bed is not a king bed - it’s two singles zipped together on castors making it an uncomfortable sleep.
Bathroom flooded with a short shower.
Reported to reception and was told as they are busy it would be an inconvenience for housekeeping to move us.
We were offered member points which we declined as we rarely stay in HI. We were offered 2 free drinks again - adding insult to injury.
Hotel is noisy- you can hear other rooms, banging on floor above and the breakfast is overpriced for a cold selection of food.
Nice enough staff but seemingly apologetic but happy to allow guests to continue in rooms they are unhappy with.
Would never recommend.
Very helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant also the fact that an early breakfast was available to collect from reception as we left before it's normal opening, great stay
Another fantastic stay at this hotel. Staff were amazing as always. Breakfast is wholesome and top rated. Good location to visit places in Suffolk and Norfolk. Will keep visiting every year!
