The hotel was beautifully designed and spotless, the location was great, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Extraordinary service, clean and great location !!

I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and then argued with us that he couldn’t smell anything and that the cleaner said they didn’t smell anything. He was rude and was willing to change the mattress but was just so rude and arrogant. Why be rude and say no to us if your still going to help us, it was just so upsetting. It’s a shame this happened because the property is beautiful and pool is very nice but it was just very upsetting.

Charm for days and the most lovely and helpful staff, more than make up for slightly dated rooms and amenities. Can’t say enough about the staff - they’re like a family and on their own make this a 10/10 place to stay. The amazing pool and gorgeous beach nearby also helps.

Such an amazing hotel to stay with, close to everything you need in Naxos. We rented a car right from the hotel, and they made it super easy with the process. Very friendly staff, we also enjoyed the breakfast each morning to start our days.
