I'm a young lady travelling alone and was a bit nervous about finding the right place to stay in Samos, but So Nice Hotel exceeded my expectations! Here are some of the things I appreciated about my stay: -I had some questions and booking adjustments to make with them before I arrived, and their responses were quick and helpful. -They were kind enough a taxi to receive me at the airport which followed through even after a last-minute layover. -The room was clean and tidy with a small kitchen that made it possible to cook simple meals with ingredients from the market just a few minutes walk away. -The hotel is a small building operated by just a few people, all who were welcoming and kind. -The room had air conditioning! -Just down the road there are lots of shops and restaurants with beach access and sitting areas that are either complimentary or accessible for a small charge. (Tortuga was my favorite place right on the beach and Green Zone which is just across from the beach was my favorite place overall). -I felt totally safe and was confident that the So Nice staff would be willing to help me with any confusion or complications I may have. If I ever return to Samos, this place would be my first choice!

Food was below average especially lunch very very bland and the towel procedure was soo bad claiming it was for the environment we carried dirty towels for 2 days even made us sign a form for it. But shower towels were changed daily strange policy which i habe never ever seen before.

Definitely not a 5 star resort. Lots of operational challenges, no information on check in regarding the spa, the restaurants I should have had access to as a VIP guest, or the fact that one of the restaurants that the concierge recommended and booked for us was operated separately from the resort and we could not charge the meal to our room as we had done with the other restaurants. This meant my husband had to leave the restaurant and come back with a credit card. The spa was empty of product, a non functioning sauna and hot tub and badly in need of a makeover. The beach is very windy and stoney, is in direct flight path of the airport so quite loud several times a day. There were no towels for the beach chairs on two out of 3 days. very dismissive staff on the beach. Different answer for what the towel policy was and why there were no towels depending on whom you spoke with. Many other staff were friendly and chatty, however only some restaurant staff members could take your food order, some served the food, others brought the alcohol, others removed plates etc. The new season staff were under prepared for the busy months of July and August. Some dangerous things lying around in the grass considering the number of families there, from hose pipes, shore lids off and uneven paths. Definitely needs more oversight and some simple policy adjustments. The Breakfasts were the highlight of the trip. No acknowledgment of my VIP booking. 3 to 4 star at best.

Friendly staff and great view!

I got a little lost getting to the hotel but it was a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice view of the sea and sunset from the pool area.

I would say they have everything to be a 4 star but there is little upkeep. We had ants in our room there solution was to go buy raid at the mini market , safe to say we had ants all week . Even some in out luggage when leaving. The buffet is not great , a lot of canned foods . The staff is nice but do very little to help with problems . They have a small part of the beach but you have to be up at 6 am to get a chair. Overall a below average experience for a place that has potential but they just dont take care of the rooms or the upkeep needed tomrun a hotel.

Otele gece 12:20 gibi geldik .Resepsiyondaki görevli uyukluyordu .Check in esnasında bize çok sorun çıkardı 2 oda almamıza rağmen tek oda göründüğünü söyledi önündeki rezervasyon evraklarına bile doğru düzgün bakmadı.Uzun uğraşlar sonucunda odamıza girdik (istesem almayabilirim gibi ifadeler kullandı).Saç kurutma makinası bozuktu .Odada ne bardak ne de su vardı . Kahvaltısı çok vasattı . Ne yapın ne edin erken rezervasyon yaptırın lakin biz yer bulamadığımız için kaldık. Asla bir daha uğramayacağım bir otel.
