Hotel was clean as I liked, but hours for services should be extended a bit. I reported on Friday around 1pm that my bathroom sink did not have any hot water, then when I checked the status of the work order, I was told there was nothing that can be done until Monday because maintenance has left for the wknd. This is not very good customer service.

Very dirty and loud. Your tired and have to wait for front desk to even let you in the door. They charged my card at checkout by mistake for the deposit instead of refunding it and it’s been impossible to get this corrected.

We had a good stay at the property. It was very clean and quiet the staff was friendly. I am not sure if they served breakfast as they did not mention it they did not have coffee in the room or a hair dryer.

It was so noisy. I stayed two nights and it had people up all hours making tons of noise. My room was clean. Also especially the first night the marijuana smell was overwhelming. The noise though was extreme.

The old adage “looks can be deceiving” in place here. Hotel was obviously recently renovated. Front desk only open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Took 10+ rings to get checked in. Area by elevator reeked of weed. Room floor clean, but greasy, from old mop. Bed squeaked, spring were on their last legs. Not a good stay, don't understand how this got a 8.2 rating.
