Great communication I checked in really late they were awesome with allowing me to, I was arriving from Disney wished I would’ve stayed the entire vacation time here. Not very far from Disneyland about a 20 min drive definitely will be staying here for my next trip. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was great. The amount of space I had in my room was amazing especially since I was traveling with an infant and small children.

All the staff is friendly and welcoming. We love staying here! It’s so clean and quiete! Parking is easy. We love the 2 drink arrival perk and the updated rooms. Free breakfast is great, All the choices were hot & fresh! They have a awesome omelet bar, OJ & coffee tasted good

Air conditioning did not work in room temperature was set at 70 degrees in hot weather!! There was one specific staff member I had two horrible experiences with to say the least Her demeanor was the worst she almost hit my husband with a cart that had what looked like hot food twice and it did not look to be an accident The pool was nice warm but all the kids running around unattended fighting and attempting to choke eachother under water was frightening for my children. Chips expired for over a month still in the displays for sale Not the experience I was expecting when visiting another city for work. Will not be returning here.

We have stayed here a number of times. It is a good location, close to the airport, major freeways, and UC Irvine, yet reasonably quiet and certainly safe. The property is well maintained and the staff is very good.

The property has a large area one the ground level to sit and relax. The room itself is spacious. However, the bathroom area is very small. I'm a small person and I thought it was very cramp.

We've been staying here for years, but this time it was not as clean and it was very noisy. There were areas blocked off for construction. Parking is always a bit tough here.
