Good, but overrated.
Room carpet was probably just washed and smelled like dirty feet… they have invented deodorants to compensate for carpet smell. Every time I check in in this hotel, it takes forever. Breakfast is abundant. Got a noisy room on the front main street.

We only stayed here for one evening and I wish we had longer! While the building feels located in a "city" atmosphere, the hotel courtyard is like an oasis with an incredible pool. The staff were above and beyond my expectations. The breakfast was beautiful and had so many choices. The room was fantastic. The kitchen area is elegant and stocked with every need. I absolutely loved the bedding and pillow options. I felt that they put every effort in making our stay excellent. HIGHLY recommend.

Very dirty room with horrible hotel customservice
Horrible super dirty 2 bedroom suite they gave me abd i reported spider and spider web on top of master room bed ceiling, ants groups and groups on the kitchen counter , cockroaches on the ground and kitchen counter. I reported to front desk, she said manager will reach out to me durjng my stay but manager never contacted me abd chose to deny and refused my refund request . And lie abour i reportes issues etc , housekeeping told me they cannot clean the room because i already checked in for 2 nights stay only . Even tho i reported all thise issues how dirty the room they assigned me to . So disappointed , we deserve refund for this horrific stay. My kids got spider bites from it. Attached pictures as proof . I am hoping management team will do the right thing to treat us fairly and issue us refund , they will not be happy if this happens to their hotel stay .
