石垣島と離島のサイクリングで7泊しました。 宮古島で同じ系列のホテルに泊まったので、ここを選びました。 一番の選択理由は室内に乾燥機能付洗濯機があることで、持参する衣類を減らすことが出来るためです。 （洗剤は1回分50円でフロントで買えます） また朝食もバランスがとれた和定食で、良かったです。 （ただ7泊するとバリエーションが尽きて、人によっては飽きるかもしれません） ガウンやアメニティはフロントの前で必要な分をとっていく形式です。 石垣港近くの繁華街、バスや離島航路のターミナルまで徒歩5分、ホテルの隣にファミマもあり、良い立地でした。 掃除は1回だけで、4日目にしてもらいました。 最大の不満点は、部屋がタバコ臭かったこと。 その他、あまりきれいにメンテナンスされていない外廊下、テレビのリモコンがなかなか作動しないこと（ホテルのスタッフに見てもらいましたが問題ないとのことでしたが、毎回忍耐強くトライし続けました..）、チェックアウトの日にwifiが通じなくなったことなどがあげられます。 ただ立地、料金から考えると、次に石垣島に来るときも選択肢の一つになるかな、と考えています（料金に大きな差がなければ別のピース系列のホテルにするかもしれませんが..）

友人との旅行、友人と別々の部屋を予約しました。友人のの部屋は何も問題なかったが自分の部屋はタバコ臭がひどかった。タバコを吸わない自分には結構辛かった。

コンビニとドラッグストアが隣にあり、観光客に人気のベーカリーも徒歩1分と近い。各部屋に洗濯機があるので、ダイバーは毎日水着とタオルが洗えて良い。毎日ペットボトルのお水が貰える。朝食もボリュームがあり、満足。

暑い日にチェックイン手続きをしているとき、冷たいさんぴん茶をいただき、横には自由に使えるかき氷機もおいてあり、美味しいかき氷もいただきました。おもてなしのご配慮が有難かったです。

ワンルームマンションがホテルになったようなところです。 電子レンジも洗濯機もあり、便利です。 廊下は外廊下です。 それなりに内装は古いですが、清掃は行き届いており、浴槽まわりに毛髪は見つからず、ポットに水滴が残っていませんでした。 ただ、壁が薄く、別部屋の話し声も結構よく聞こえます。 また、洗濯機の夜の利用は禁止ですが、ルール破りの人がいると、夜中に洗濯機の振動が低い音で伝わってきます。
