Room bigger than I expected, newer/cleaner than other business hotels. Housekeeping was also great. I put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and they left supplies/toiletries on the door. Thanks for that nice touch!

Excellent and a superb value
Easily accessible by public transit. Very nice and clean, breakfast each morning was excellent. Great overall experience, especially for an individual who had never been to Japan before. Would stay at a Route Inn any time!

２回目の宿泊でしたが、変わらず清潔で快適でした。特に大浴場はゆったりしてお気に入りです。朝食バイキングも満足でスタッフの方たちも元気よくキビキビ動かれていて好印象です。１点だけ、大浴場の脱衣所のマットがかなり濡れたままだったのが残念でした。人手不足で大変と思いますが時々チェックしてもらえると完璧だったと思います。

綺麗なホテルで、大浴場も良かったです。ただ、湯上がりの洗面台が、2席しかなかったので、落ち着いて出来ませんでした。入浴時間をずらせば違ったかな・・翌朝の朝食バイキングも楽しめました。スタッフの方々の対応も、申し分無いです。
