Friendly and courteous staff. Despite language barriers the staff made every effort to assist and give directions...even if it meant drawing pictures. Rooms were extremely clean. Plan to stay here on my next visit.

２回目の宿泊はハズレでした。
２回目の宿泊でした。１回目の時は何も不満なく過ごせたので今回も旅行で利用させてもらいました。１階に大浴場があって、綺麗です。 しかし、お部屋のベッドのきしみ音が２台とも凄くてただ腰掛けるだけでもうるさい、寝返りをしてもうるさい、と最悪でした。 カウンターのスタッフも無愛想な若い女の子で、笑顔もなし、まゆげも棒で変なメイク。人手不足なのはわかりますが、スタッフ教育にも力を入れたほうがいいですね。 もう行かないです。

メガネを無くして朝方4時にも拘らず『浴場オープンの5時前にお探ししてみます』と心よく対応して頂けました。また、朝食時フロントの前を通ると、お探ししましたが見当たりませんでしたが、その後見つかりましたか？と気遣い！ ステキなフタッフの方に脱帽！また、宿泊の時はルートインから検索決まりです。
