The reception desk closed at 5 pm which is so early on and since there isn’t any transportation it was tough to coordinate anything because other than the receptionist nobody spoke English and she left after 5. Maybe it was off season but the whole place was uncharacteristically empty.

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

Room was very dirty with bedsheets, towels and shower curtains with brown and red stains. Also hairs on the bed from previous guests. When mentioned the staff changed this which was good. But the next night the ‘fresh sheets’ this time had yellow stains all over them, but we were too tired to complain and just went to sleep. floor and room in general felt unclean so we couldn’t relax, not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. Staff however spoke English well and were friendly. Suggested improvement would be to offer laundry services, also to replace the two champagne glasses in each room with real glass items (plastic glasses looked old and dirty). I’d also suggest deep cleaning the floors as they were full of stains and gum marks

My wife and I had our honeymoon there, and it was honestly an amazing time. The staff were super friendly and always attentive, which made us feel really welcome. The whole resort was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the food exceeded our expectations every night. I 100 percent recommend Haven Riviera for a relaxing, special getaway.

The house was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive and communications were smooth. They were able to accommodate our requests and gave good recommendations on restaurants. The only caveat is that it’s a little secluded but overall is safe. We use taxis everywhere on the island and it’s not expensive especially when split with others. The rooftop pool is quite nice. The third bedroom is on the terrace where the pool is. Because it’s on the high floor, it’s a little Warmer. I wish they put a bed and not use the two pullout futon as a single king bed. It wasn’t bad but it was not comfortable.
