We had a fabulous stay here. Only issue we had was the last day they played rap music by the pool, that had foul music. All other days the music was fine. We mentioned it to the front desk on check out & they said they would take care of it immediately & thanked us for telling them.

The room had a moldy smell. I asked for a refrigerator and never got it. On the last day of our stay 2 guys banged on my door at 930am saying they were housekeeping. I told them we were still in bed and they said they would be back in an hour. I had the room until 12p. It was like they were muscling us out of there. I’ll never stay there again.

The resort was clean and comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely kind and provided outstanding service for meals and drinks. We had the all inclusive option but only one restaurant was available for all dining options, yet the food was very good. Housekeeping could use some improvements by replacing towels, toilet paper, tissue, soap and water bottles. We had to request these to be done. The toilet was leaking and made constant refilling noises despite notifying maintenance it was never resolved. Electricity to the island and resort was off on Thanksgiving Day but the resort had a generator that worked well. We weren't aware of this until the morning of. The fitness center is very small with minimum equipment if you want to work out. Free weights are very limited and the universal cable weight machine is very outdated. 24-hour golf cart rental is available upon request for $120 USD through a 3rd party & delivered to the hotel. The beach front is small but cozy & private with shallow waters and no waves, limited snorkeling options but still nice. Overall, a great place to stay for adults & couples but not for children since there isn't much for kids to do in this area. Taxi's from Izla to the ferry (shopping/dining areas) are $10 USD & takes 20 minutes, so renting a golf cart is nice but it can be pricey & driving around the island can be crazy, especially at night. No top shelf liquor available & all inclusive menu was limited unless you pay extra.

We loved this property. We have stayed all of isla mujeres and this was our first time on this side of the island. We actually found it very walkable to many good restaurants and beach clubs. We’d gladly visit again. Staff was very friendly and kind.

Izla is amazing. We will be returning. We stayed with our children and it was safe, clean, and gorgeous. The pool is excellent and the beach access is a dream. I much prefer the south end of the island. A bit removed from the hustle of the north end, quiet and peaceful but only a 15 min cart of ride into the busier area. stay here. Get a cart. You won’t regret it.

Was the perfect stay for the end of our Honeymoon! Was very clean, quiet and the staff was excellent. We had an issue with checking in and our room, and not only did they resolve it, but made up for it as well.

The hotel is beautiful with a cozy territory inside and a good location. In general, we really liked the island. The hotel has very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant and bar. Special thanks to the waiters: William and Monica! I have not seen such friendliness and care for a long time. And what delicious food they have, many thanks to the cooks! What I didn't like: Air conditioning. I don't like breathing conditioned air, I like real, fresh air more. But according to the hotel rules, you can't leave the door open. And to the point that we didn't lock the door, at night and in the middle of the night they called us from the reception. In addition, you can't adjust the air conditioner either, it is set at 22 with a strong blowing and is not adjustable, does not turn off. The second very unpleasant surprise was that you can't swim in the sea near the hotel. The bottom is overgrown with algae, muddy and rocky. You can only swim in the pool or go to the central beach.

Every staff member was up beat, accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful, efficient, and friendly. The grounds and pool area were very well kept and clean, the beds were comfy and we loved the large shower / bathroom and patio. A family member got married at the resort and they did a beautiful job preparing the beach, the dance floor and the wedding location.

The property is well maintained, staff is great. However, we paid for all inclusive and after we arrived found the 1 restaurant on the property was closed. We were able to order from a limited menu at a discounted price. Very disappointed in the all inclusive arrangement which is not available now… and should not have been available when we booked our vacation.
