The hotel is beautiful with a cozy territory inside and a good location. In general, we really liked the island. The hotel has very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant and bar. Special thanks to the waiters: William and Monica! I have not seen such friendliness and care for a long time. And what delicious food they have, many thanks to the cooks! What I didn't like: Air conditioning. I don't like breathing conditioned air, I like real, fresh air more. But according to the hotel rules, you can't leave the door open. And to the point that we didn't lock the door, at night and in the middle of the night they called us from the reception. In addition, you can't adjust the air conditioner either, it is set at 22 with a strong blowing and is not adjustable, does not turn off. The second very unpleasant surprise was that you can't swim in the sea near the hotel. The bottom is overgrown with algae, muddy and rocky. You can only swim in the pool or go to the central beach.

Every staff member was up beat, accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful, efficient, and friendly. The grounds and pool area were very well kept and clean, the beds were comfy and we loved the large shower / bathroom and patio. A family member got married at the resort and they did a beautiful job preparing the beach, the dance floor and the wedding location.

The property is well maintained, staff is great. However, we paid for all inclusive and after we arrived found the 1 restaurant on the property was closed. We were able to order from a limited menu at a discounted price. Very disappointed in the all inclusive arrangement which is not available now… and should not have been available when we booked our vacation.

The beach was washed away and only 4 small chairs were present. The pools were top notch and very clean. Getting a cocktail was a chore because service was very slow. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly but a little slow somedays. Overall staff was great but slow to respond.

It was a beautiful hotel. They allowed us to check in 3hrs early for free when we arrived. Stayed in the room with a tub on the balcony and it was very worth it. The food at the hotel - in the restaurant and room service was amazing. So quiet and peaceful. You get a small private beach that’s a lot less busy than north beach and you don’t have to fight for chairs. 10/10 worth staying.

The 2 ladies in the Front desk were very helpful and made us feel at home. The bartenders at the beach were very outstanding making sure we always had a drink in are hands.

The property needs more of an update and fresh paint. The beach is not clean at all and needs the black weeds to be cleaned. No AC in elevators is not a good sign at all. Shower heads needs an upgrade, along with toilet pressure. Quality of food can be better especially with the pricing that is being charged. Good location not far from downtown.
