Very good lo stion, quick check in, excellent security system, and close to the “Malecon” and ither areas of tourist interest.

Fantastic location, reasonably priced. No elevator but the front desk employee carried our bags up to our room and brought them back down when we left. Best part was access to the AC compressor area to dry all of our wet clothing and wetsuits in 1-2 hours before having to pack them into our suitcases. That alone would have me coming back to this hotel! Breakfast was very basic. Fruit, 2 eggs, white toast and coffee or tea with a lovely view of the harbor. Room was large and clean and quiet. AC worked great. Delightful town!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a message to the hotel when I realized expecting to be disappointed. THEY GOT THEM BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY IN THE UNITED STATES AT NO CHARGE. YOU CAN’T EVEN MAIL THINGS DIRECTLY FROM THERE TO HERE. These are honest, hardworking, dedicated people running this hotel and it shows.

Excelente opción para hospedarse. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, y la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y los principales puntos de interés. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

From the second we checked in to the second we left, we felt so well taken care of! All staff and personnel were very friendly, property is clean and so beautiful. Breakfast was more than enough and so tasty! Very close location to great (and affordable) restaurants and to town. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to the island!
