Cheeca Lodge & Spa offers 243 accommodations with safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. Beds feature premium bedding. 47-inch LED televisions come with premium cable channels.

Bathrooms include bathrobes, slippers, designer toiletries, and complimentary toiletries. Business-friendly amenities include desks and phones; free local calls are provided (restrictions may apply). Additionally, rooms include hair dryers and irons/ironing boards. In-room massages and hypo-allergenic bedding can be requested. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily.

Dining is available at one of the resort's 3 restaurants and guests can grab coffee at the coffee shop/café. The property also has a snack bar/deli. Reception was excellent! Dadrian specifically provided the best customer service and went out of her way to welcome my daughter and me. Wonderful and warm; excellent first impression that carried throughout our stay. Cheeca Lodge did not disappoint!

The property is lovely but we didn't receive any VIP benefits as per the booking. No mention of the free upgrade at all. The staff were very mediocre at best and looked like they didn't want to work there. The room was very clean and comfortable but missing some basic items that I had to ring down for, no apology for this. The Atlantic restaurant was exceptional though. Overall, would I stay here again? Probably not, to be honest. I think there are better places to stay for the price.

Cheeca is very nice , laid back resort, great pools, most employees were friendly. Pier is cool, golf course short but fun. Lagoon view rooms are needing some updating and they should cut down the number of tiki torches at night, gets kind of smoky if wind not blowing. Great beach, activities available.

Place was stunning. Our only disappointment is the website shows two casual places to eat that were not on the property. Property needs seating (tables and chairs) close to pool with casual food for at least breakfast and lunch appropriate for swim attire.

Staff personnel were very nice. We did not like that there is a daily fee for using wifi and other things. Wifi should be included in the room price, and the other things either should be included or optional but not mandatory. We did not use anything but the wifi in the list, so that was a waste of money. Also, why were we required to put a $200 charge on our credit card at registration? We were told at check-out that the charge will be credited, but why should you hold our money rather than take a credit card when we buy something such as a meal? Also, our room was OK but could be improved. Needed more hangers. And hooks in the bathroom. The AC made a loud noise all night long. Oddly, the ceiling fan turned on by itself twice.

Terrible terrible terrible ..not worth the price ,to many things to list here but here is a few ..as you check in there is a everyday resort extra fee,also $200 everyday hold for amenities ,rooms are far away from pool or any restaurant ,tv service not existent ,pool food and service very expensive, one cocktail $16 ,no beach at all !!pool very cold no one goes in ,old shower faucets ,the shower head only ,no hand held one ,no closet or clothes space very very tight ,no updates at all ,cleaning crew is there in the late morning with blowers and power washing no respect of your quiet time .. but really no beach its really a bummer

Beautiful property all around! Plenty of activities on property. Great food at the on property Atlantic's Edge Restaurant. Beautiful 'beach' but it's not especially sandy at all. Poor daily room refresh, may or may not complete the process. Leaky above counter sink, bugs in room (both dead and alive), glasses left on walkway outside our 3 floor room (a few got broken and broken glass left all over), vacuum cleaner left in elevator daily. Pizza box left for days on outside trash can by the stairwell.
