I did not like that before 11am my card would not unlock my room ON CHECK OUT DAY. . I went to the office and got 2 recoded cards. These keys did not work either.I went back a third time and the card did not work.FINALLY a worker opened my room.No one bothered to apologize but I probably wont return because of this incident and the lousy air condtioner.

The staff was extraordinary, everything was clean and proper, free use of bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards, although the weather wasn’t permitting, they also had a heated pool. A lot of restaurants and diners walking distance. Would def rent here again!

Fantastic stay, couldn't have asked for a better location or staff. The jetty beach is perfect place to watch the day go by. We had an Oceanview room - definitely recommend the balcony, we got to wake up to the ocean each day. Definitely will be back.

Eggs and bread for breakfast were disgusting had moss on them my car has a stolen part I was overcharged for boat parking and then charged another 74 dollars a day after leaving having no idea why after paying in full. Manager was great and helpful that’s about it.

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. The boat slip is unsuitable for vessels over 19 feet, and maneuvering our trailer was impossible, leading to damage to our car. Despite paying $70 for parking, there were no available spots. To make matters worse, our room had roaches, which was unacceptable. Because of the horrible stay, we ended up leaving the hotel and going home early. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for larger boats or for those seeking a clean stay. Significant improvements are needed.

Front desk staff are very nice. The breakfast is nice as a continental breakfast. Pool Villa although it wasn’t on the pool was comfortable. I must say the floor of the kitchenette area smelled like rotten milk, so every time I went to get something out of the mini fridge I caught a strong smell. The launch ramp is a gravel dropoff that is very shallow at high tide. I managed ok launching Jetski’s. Much easier to retrieve at low tide. Overall a nice to place to stay.

I really thought that for the money i was paying and the name resort it would be a clean nice experience. The kids sofa was terrible flat uncomfortable and dirty. The bathroom was extremely hot the ac was not strong at all had it in 64 and 2 running with fan and it was still hit. The toilet was making a running noise. We had a balcony but no access to it since the sliding door didnt open, the carpets were dirty and we had a puddle in the parking area that kept making us bring the mud in. I wont be renting there again for the money paid is not worthy oh and pool was HOT
