The property is beautiful and well-maintained. However, my room was not serviced on the third night of my stay. Additionally, I found that an insufficient number of washcloths were provided, necessitating daily room service. When I contacted the front desk, the staff I spoke with were very courteous. However, I later received a text message stating that our room was not serviced because the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door. This was inaccurate, as we were out in Miami that day and did not return to the room until 6:00 PM that evening.

We loved staying at the Islander! The staff was very welcoming and responded instantly to texts. It was nice that they offered a shuttled so we could experience other places close to the resort. The rooms were beautiful along with the beach and pool areas! So many seating/lounging options with the cutest furniture. I would highly recommend this resort, well done!
