At Islander Resort, spend the day on the private sand beach where you can enjoy volleyball. Then return for a meal at one of the hotel's 3 restaurants.
Islander Resort offers 114 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature safes and complimentary bottled water. Rooms open to lanais. It is a beautiful spacious beach property beautifully landscaped, several swimming options. Large rooms w large private patios. Great location. Dining on the property could have been a little more inviting and less $, especially breakfast items. Free coffee and some basic pastries even though you have coffee available in the rooms. Didn't know you had a little lunch Hamburger truck on the beach until the last day. Was there during the week so don't know if you provide any live music around pool bar. But there are plenty of nearby locations for dinner and music.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful beach, with lots of space to relax under a palm tree. A separate restaurant, bar, and snack shack have plenty of options for food/drink. Two beautiful pools, one with a ledge to sit on and stay cool. Definitely is true to a “resort vibe.” We spent one night on our way back from Key West and are so happy we did. I forgot some belongings and they had them mailed to me. 🙏
