This is a wonderful, small hotel to stay at. The employees were wonderful! The room was comfortable, though the pillows could be better. The only slight complaint we had was that the heated pool was a little warm for summer in the Keys. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

When I went to book the room there was not a handicapped accessible room. But when I checked in that is what we got. I did email the property and asked for a ground floor room stating why. So I was pleased to have gotten this. The is a great breakfast and lunch place Mangrove Mikes next door. Also Lorelei’s is a short walk and the have good food over looking the water.

Recommend Sunset Inn

Sunset it is a cute and fun hotel. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the access to the pool directly from our room. The bathroom/shower were very nice and the closet was spacious. The only thing we wish we had known was that the ironing board was no full size. Because of our plans while in Islamorada we needed an ironing board, so this was a little difficult to navigate but did not hinder our fun.
