We paid for gas heater due to temp getting down to mid 30's and the gas tank they brought was maybe half full, and the gas ran out at 2 AM and we packed up to leave due to being cold and accdently left some of our stuff, as the solar lights were dim and it was hard to see. We called and asked about our stuff and they said they never found it
Bathrooms are horrible. There is no way we can use the bathrooms. Water is super cold in bathrooms. There is no electricity in the property. Campfire closes even before it. Is dark. Tents are super cold. My whole family had to wear thick jackets even while sleeping.
There was an unexpected snow fall in the area and when we got there the property was a muddy mess and all the teepees were covered in snow. We checked in and went to our teepee and it was caved in from the snow and leaking, then we were offered another tent and it was leaking and wet as well. We even had to use the ice scraper we had in our vehicle to get the snow scraped off enough to get into the teepee. It didn’t look like any attempt had been made to clean up the property after the snowfall. We weee also told we would have to pay to rent a propane heater to try to keep warm. When we went back and said this was unacceptable they would only give us half our money back!! We also had to find another place to stay at the last minute. I feel like since the property was uninhabitable we should not have had to pay anything and gotten a total refund. I wish I would have taken photos but I guess I was just too shocked and upset at the time.

We stayed in a family Bell tent and it was awesome, best beds of our 19 days of travel. Star gazing through the ceiling windows, flowers out the front door. The community fire gave us connection & conversations plus s’mores, delightful. Thank you staff.
Loved staying here. It was hella fun for my kids and the area was amazing. The bathrooms kept having issues and the showers could use an upgrade. Over all we are grateful we had a place to rinse off. Bed was cozy. Provided towels, and extra battery for Charging. Coffee tastes like water. Loved the experience! Staff was great!
Lovely stay other than unreliable hot water (I think they were working on this), really nice location not far from the west entrance of Yellowstone. Beds are super cozy!
It was a great experience. All of those that helped with the Property were fabulous. Would have liked to have the bathroom and shower facility closer to the TP.
The area is horrible, what this listing fails to mention is that the entire site only has one set of bathrooms that are more dirty than the ones at a public park, absolutely disgusting showers. and it is definitely not "walkable" if you get unlucky with the tent placement then your looking at about a 20 minute walk through bumpy terrain every time you need to use the bathroom. And there is usually a line even outside of what would be considered "busy hours" (I tried going at 5:30am). The place has no AC or heating if you want a heater then you need to pay extra and keep it inside your tent overnight which puts you at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning (but they wont tell you that) We tried to use electricity for making food or anything but the power generator cant handle anything beyond charging your phone. (So if you want to bring an electric heater then also bring your own power because they do not provide sufficient). We realized this immediately and although it says "fully refundable" the staff refused to give us a refund. We purchased insurance with expedia and that didnt even work. When trying to talk with staff they said they wont be giving a refund because they felt bad that they had to turn someone away for being fully booked (We were hoping to at least get a partial refund since we would not be staying the entire weekend). If you are looking for somewhere to stay near yellowstone. Just buy a tent or spend the extra $100 to get an actual hotel or cabin. Tourist trap.
This was a fun experience of camping in comfort! The beds were so comfortable. We were worried about being too cold at night, as we came at the end of the season. However, the amazing beds and extra blankets kept us warm, and we slept very well. Bathrooms were clean and showers were hot. A fun way to "camp" near Yellowstone!

For nature lover it’s highly recommnendable to stay..
We were amazed by how luxurious the accommodations were for a tent. The staff was friendly and talked to everyone around the campfire. It was a good family atmosphere. Just as we arrived at our tent a moose walked in to greet us. You won’t get that at a hotel!
We loved staying in the bell tent. It was a very unique experience. It was clean and the staff was excellent.
The only negative was the noise of the road traffic nearby.
I would stay again!

I appreciated that they offered extra blankets as it was very cold at night despite bing summer and also having my own one with me.
For some reason I didn't think the tent would be really open all the around the bottom for technically many kinds of animals being able to crawl/walk/slither in. We still had a special experience for that one night. It was fun to sit at the fire and show our overseas guests how to make smore's
