So let me start with when I arrived at the hotel, Walked through security and proceeded to the counter to check in. I stood online while the lady named Anne was behind the counter texting on her phone and she told me to give her a few minutes and she’ll be right with me. I forgot something and came back in and again. She asked me to give her a few minutes while she continued to text on her phone. Her choice of words while assisting me and my friend came off as if she thought that we had no money on our card, which is weird, and I don’t know why she would be under that impression to make a snarky comment, then said “fifth floor” threw the room keys on the counter and walked away. Now lets go to the room, there was dust coated on EVERYTHING. So much so that when I swung the bathroom door closed, dust particles were floating everywhere! Something that was never mentioned until after we checked in, and arrived to our room, was that there were issues with the water in the building, which meant that I was not able to take a shower while I stayed there for the night nor was I able to brush my teeth safely in the morning or before bed Because the water was brown. Because I booked through Expedia, I would’ve had a situation trying to get my money back to rebook at another location immediately so unfortunately, I was stuck at this location. Completely dissatisfied.
