The hotel was very central and a great location to get around. The best gelato place right out the door. The room was very basic and the mattress was super hard, not there for comfort more for the location. The room was nothing like the photos online. No black out curtains. Again more for the location than anything else.

Beautiful hotel, excellent, friendly and helpful staff, great location in Venice. Will return anytime again!

Great accommodations and a great location!!

Ok but far from special, as it no doubt could be. Staff demeanour was patchy. One really good young guy on reception who was, I think, part Moroccan. He was a star, very good indeed. Others, perfunctory at best. Rooms ok but noise insulation was very poor, wafer thin walls. Few amenities, nothing proactively positive. Breakfast average. 3* for me but ‘could do better’ (a lot better) with a bit more effort.

Our family was treated to an exceptional stay at Hotel Colombina. Our room was beautiful and the location is a 4 minute walk to St.Mark’s square. Abner provided a fantastic first impression assisting with our luggage and giving us a tour of the hotel and our room. The breakfast buffet was delicious made better with Evangelina’s friendly and courteous service.
