Amazing Stay – Exceeded Our Expectations! Our family of six (four adults and two kids) had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating a family reunion and my son's birthday. Everything was beyond our expectations – from the cleanliness and amenities to the exceptional service and delicious breakfast. After a disappointing experience at a hotel in Cappadocia, this hotel truly restored our faith in Turkey's hospitality. A special thanks to a staff member (I believe his name was Vayser?) who went above and beyond to help us during the March protests in Istanbul. Due to police roadblocks, we were unable to drive to the hotel after an exhausting eight-hour journey from Cappadocia. He kindly assisted us in bringing our car to the hotel, and we are incredibly grateful for his kindness and support. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

The room wasn’t cleaned well. Whoever cleans the room didn’t check that the liquid soap was empty for two days until we called and asked for soap. The bathtub drain was full of hair so the water wouldn’t drain out due to the clog while taking a shower. Beds and pillows aren’t comfy at all. The elevators in this hotel was the worst experience , crowded every morning and the breakfast lineup was so long. Needs a lot of improvement.
